Agilio Software Launches Remote Group Compliance Manager Service

Agilio Software, the UK’s leading provider of healthcare operations software, announce the launch of iManage Group, a subscription-based service aimed at assisting growing Dental Service Organisations (DSOs) with group-level compliance management. Designed specifically for dental groups with between 2 and 20 practices, iManage Group provides a dedicated remote compliance manager to alleviate the pressure on operations teams, allowing them to concentrate on expanding their businesses.

With iManage Group, DSOs will receive over 100 hours of dedicated support each year, including the continuous updating of group policies and procedure templates, random spot checks, and direct communication with Practice Managers. Monthly reports are presented to the board to ensure transparency and effective risk management. Additionally, the service includes weekly calls, monthly meetings, and exclusive quarterly webinars, providing ongoing support to Senior Managers and guaranteeing that compliance is consistently maintained under the guidance of experienced professionals.

Agilio Software’s iComply has been the industry’s leading dental compliance platform for over 10 years. The introduction of iManage Group further expands the company’s offering, combining cutting-edge technology with Agilio’s expertise, to ensure that dental practices remain up-to-date with compliance requirements while providing senior managers with additional time to concentrate on driving business growth. This innovative combination of advanced software and human insight provides a unique solution tailored to the dental profession.

Further, the iManage Group service is offered at a significantly lower rate than hiring a compliance manager or consultant, allowing groups to save the time and costs typically associated with compliance management. This enables businesses to reinvest resources into their development, ultimately leading to greater success and growth.

Alex O’Neill, Director of Regulatory and Professional Services at Agilio Software’s Dental division, said: “After the overwhelming success of iManage Practice, we knew we had to create something for our small to medium group clients whose Operations Directors kept telling us that compliance was getting in the way of them growing their businesses.”

Agilio’s Professional Services Manager, Fran Sorodoc, added: “We knew we were onto something when the first group we discussed the idea with offered to sign up to iManage Group before we had finished the design!

“This new offering from Agilio goes together with our recent iLearn Pro launch, which saw an extra 100 dentist-specific courses added to our market-leading CPD platform. We are a company that strives to make our customers’ lives easier through our technology and personal support.”

Agilio Software Partners with Dentaid The Dental Charity

Agilio Software is providing free dental software to the national charity

UK’s leading provider of healthcare operations software, Agilio Software has announced it is partnering with the national charity, Dentaid The Dental Charity, supporting their staff across the UK with free access to Agilio’s leading digital solutions iComply, iLearn and iTeam.

Established in 1996, Dentaid The Dental Charity supports under-served communities across the UK and overseas by offering them free access to dental care. Through its volunteers, the charity travels up and down the country using its fleet of mobile units to provide free, pain-relieving dental treatments, preventive and restorative care, and oral health advice to vulnerable groups such as people experiencing homelessness, cancer patients, abuse survivors, and asylum seekers.

The collaboration between the charity and the dental technology provider began in Spring 2022, with Agilio initially donating free subscriptions to their market-leading compliance platform, iComply, and HR and people management solution, iTeam.

Seeing the impact their partnership has on disadvantaged communities, Agilio subsequently agreed to provide further support and expand the partnership by granting access to their Enhanced CPD platform, iLearn, this year.

Managing Director of Agilio Software’s Dental division, Andy Sloan, said: “At Agilio, we are all incredibly passionate about serving our communities and making an impact beyond our commercial success.

Through our time-saving technology and services, we can free up their team’s time so they can focus on helping a greater number of patients and our iLearn solution is ensuring they meet their professional development needs.”

CEO of Dentaid The Dental Charity, Andy Evans, said: “We are delighted to be further strengthening our partnership with Agilio. I’d like to thank them for their commitment to opening up their innovative solutions to our team and supporting us in managing our compliance, HR and CPD.

Agilio Software Aims to Halve the Time Spent on Dental Compliance With the Launch of iComply NextGen

The UK’s market leader in providing technology solutions for the dental care sector, Agilio Software, is launching a new and improved version of its compliance management tool, iComply NextGen. The system is designed to retain its existing robustness and simplify the process to reduce the time dental practices spend on compliance by up to 50%
