Dental Partners and Working Feedback celebrate record-breaking 100,000 reviews

Dental Partners, an exciting and fast-growing network of dental practices, are in high spirits, celebrating a whopping 100,000 reviews – the first ever group to do so.
In 2017, Dental Partners had signed up 11 locations and, just five years later, they are proud to have all their practices using the review platform.
This breakthrough has been achieved in association with Working Feedback, a top tier partner with a system that integrates directly with Software of Excellence and Dentally. The system collects, moderates and shares feedback through easy-to-use software and is an approved review partner for the CQC and NHS digital, which means the system also takes care of the Friends and Family Test (FFT) requirements.
Commenting on reaching this milestone, Dental Partners’ Chief Operating Officer, Caron Best , stated, ‘When we decided there was a need for us to monitor patient satisfaction and learn from it, reaching 100,000 reviews was a distant but exciting prospect.
‘Our belief in the importance of feedback has now been proven right, not only by the numbers but also what the reviews themselves say, demonstrating their worth via increased patient enquiries and our ability to react to what our patients say about us.
