Competition Terms and Conditions:
Key details of each prize draw and competition (the “Competition”) are shown on the promotional web page for that prize draw or competition. The following general rules apply to all Competitions. Items in bold type below are detailed on the Competition page.
Each prize draw and competition will run from the Start Date through the End Date, each of which appear on the Competition page.
The promoter of the Event is Purple Media Solutions Ltd, The Old Schoolhouse, St Stephens St, Tonbridge, Kent, TN9 2AD (PMS) and the competition is being run on behalf of Henry Schein UK Holdings Ltd (“HSUK”).
Each Competition is open only to UK residents and entrants must be aged 18 or over. Employees of PMS or HSUK or anyone else connected to the Competition, may not enter.
Only one entry per household is allowed unless otherwise stated on the Competition page. Only entries made online via the Internet will be accepted. All submitted entries become the property of PMS and HSUK; provided that any materials submitted as part of an Entry, such as a photograph, video, written story or drawing, are “Solicited Submissions” as described below.
“Solicited Submissions” means those Submissions that we expressly request or enable you to provide to us via any feature or activity on a Site for our review or display and possible specifically-defined consideration or compensation (collectively, “Consideration”) (such as prizes or other value in games, sweepstakes, contests and promotions).
Unless otherwise noted on the Competition page, no purchase is necessary to enter any Competition. Entrants are responsible for the cost of their connection to the Competition page via the Internet.
PMS does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to the Competition page or website. PMS does not accept responsibility for lost, damaged, invalid or illegible entries.
All entries for a Competition must be received no later than 12.00pm British Time on the End Date to be eligible for selection.
Winner Selection (depending on the type of Competition): For a Prize Draw: All winning entries will be selected randomly by PMS or its agents within two (2) weeks of the End Date from all correct entries received. The selection is final.
Winners will receive confirmation via the medium in which they submitted their application within three weeks of the draw date. Winners must respond within two weeks of receiving this communication, or risk forfeiting the prize. PMS reserves the right to select another prize winner if a reply is not received in time, and PMS and HSUK shall have no liability to previously-selected prize winners who have not replied in time.
Winner name(s) may be displayed on the Competition page for at least thirty (30) days after the Prize(s) have been awarded.
All prizes are non-transferable. No cash alternative is available for any prize. In the unlikely event that a prize should become unavailable, PMS reserves the right to substitute a prize which it reasonably determines as being of equal value.
PMS reserves the right to cancel or terminate the Competition or disqualify any participant at any time without giving advance notice and will do so if it cannot be guaranteed that the Event can be carried out correctly for technical or legal reasons or if PMS suspects that any person has been manipulating the administration of the Event or has acted unethically in any other way.
Use of Personal Information; Post-Event Publicity: To enter the Competition we may ask you to register your personal details with us. Your registered details will only be used in accordance with PMS current published Privacy Policy. If you are only asked to provide an email address to enter then your personal information will only be used by PMS, its agents HSUK and their related companies to administer the promotion, to select the winner or winners (if more than one) and to arrange delivery of the prize(s). You will receive marketing from PMS regarding our future services and events unless you opt-out by emailing James.cooke@purplems.com (you may already have done this if you have registered with us previously). You will also receive marketing communications from HSUK unless you opt-out by emailing ukcustomerservicesweb@henryschein.co.uk.
Each Entrant agrees that if he or she wins a Prize, PMS and HSUK will have the right, without additional payment or permission, to use their name for the purposes of announcing the winner(s) and they may be requested to participate in post-event publicity.
