Innovative microscope shielding

Nuview is pleased to announce the launch of the Scope-Shield and Scope-Cone, in response to requests for microscope shields. These innovative solutions have been developed in conjunction with leading dental clinicians to offer effective shielding against spray and droplets during routine, microscopically-assisted dental procedures.

The Nuview Scope-Shield is a unique two-part system that ensures the closure of gaps at the binocular-shield interface. With a rotatable baffle catering to the majority of interpupillary distances, the Scope-Shield ocular diameter is optimised for microscopes with a minor ocular diameter of 43mm.

For additional protection, the Nuview Scope-Cone is secured to the microscope using a lens cap system. This shields the microscope head from spray generated from dental procedures, with a conical design that enables access to the microscope handles during use for an uninterrupted workflow.

Available in packs of 5, both the Scope-Shield and Scope-Cone are designed to be reusable, but it is recommended that they are replaced daily. Call now to order.
