First-time buyer snaps up Surrey dental practice & implant centre

Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co, has announced the sale of Blackwater Dental Surgery & Implant Centre in Surrey.
Blackwater Dental Surgery & Implant Centre is a two-surgery mixed-income dental practice located in the busy Surrey suburb of Blackwater.
It has been owned by Dr Salwa Shawkat since 1990, when it started as Squat Dental Practice, and was brought to market to allow her to retire.
Following a confidential sales process with Tony Walker at Christie & Co, the practice has been purchased by first-time buyer, Hamza Ijaz.
Dr Salwa Shawkat, former owner of Blackwater Dental Surgery & Implant Centre, comments, “I’m delighted to have sold the practice to Hamza who I know will continue to offer the patients first-class treatment.”
Tony Walker, Associate Director – Dental at Christie & Co, comments, “Great news that we have completed the sale to Hamza who I know has excellent plans for the practice. It looks like this could be the first of many for Hamza!”
Blackwater Dental Surgery & Implant Centre was sold for an undisclosed price.
