Muhammad Jasat, dentist and FD trainer at Northfield Dental Practice, talks about how Rodericks Dental facilitates career progression and why he feels genuinely cared about as a clinician.

“I have had much opportunity and encouragement to progress my career within Rodericks,” he says. “The group facilitates a portfolio career to help you fulfil your potential. For example, after getting involved with recruitment and mentoring, I was able to move into FD training.

They proactively help you to reach new heights. They really seem to care about you and what you want to achieve. I never really feel alone, which is very important.”
