The event will showcase the Sagittal First Philosophy and treatment outcomes for Clinical Class II and Class III, combining scientific evidence with clinical expertise and highlighting advanced aligner treatment and technology to help orthodontists achieve new levels of patient care and practice efficiency

Henry Schein Orthodontics, the orthodontics business of Henry Schein, Inc., is pleased to announce its 2023 European Carriere Symposium that will take place from 5 to 6 October 2023, at the Hotel Martinez, in Cannes, France.

This Symposium will focus on the latest advances in Class II correction on Thursday, 5 October 2023, and Class III correction on Friday, 6 October 2023, including examples of Class III correction that previously would have been surgical cases. Additional topics covered will include how to harness the power of self-ligating brackets and the hybridisation of aligner cases. There will also be three optional interactive workshops to allow participants to practice new skills in a hands-on format. Topics include correcting Class II and Class III, maximising the benefits of self-ligating brackets, and treatment planning with clear aligners. The workshops are designed for participants to leave the symposium confident in their new skills and feel better prepared to use them in practice immediately.

During speaker panel reviews held at the end of each day, participants have the chance to submit their own complex case for evaluation and live discussion on stage by the speakers. This provides insights into each speaker’s approach to the case and allows for debates about the different perspectives and their merits.

“Henry Schein Orthodontics is looking forward to hosting this best-in-class educational event with exceptional speakers to continuously help to move orthodontic education forward,“ said Steve Boggan, President Henry Schein Orthodontics and Chief Commercial Officer – Global Oral Reconstructive Group.
