Empowering dentistry

“I joined the BACD’s Ladies Who Do Dentistry event hoping to share my experience of practice ownership over the last 10 years,” says Dr Carol Somerville Roberts, “but I left feeling inspired by younger female dentists at the event. Their passion to succeed was incredible and gave me renewed energy for my own career progression.

“I would recommend any dentist join the next Ladies Who Do Dentistry event. We are planning a varied line-up of speakers and we hope that by providing a platform for people to come together, we can empower both men and women within dentistry, and encourage them to continue supporting each other.”
