Corsodyl launches Active Gum Health range

Corsodyl has launched a brand-new Active Gum line comprising of a mouthwash and toothpaste, specifically targeting those looking for specialist products to help support and manage their gum problems. With one in three people suffering from gum problems, Corsodyl Active Gum Repair Toothpaste and Corsodyl Active Gum Health Mouthwash helps target gum problems for healthy gums and teeth.

Available in two variants, Fresh Mint and Whitening, the Corsodyl Active Gum Repair toothpaste is clinically proven to help bleeding, swollen and inflamed gums repair by actively removing plaque bacteria, the main cause of bleeding gums. The Fresh Mint product, in particular, actively gets to work and starts repairing gums in just one week*.

Unlike some other Corsodyl mouthwashes, the Corsodyl Active Gum Health Mouthwash is unmedicated and provides all the benefits of a regular mouthwash and can be used daily. The alcohol-free mouthwash further enhances an oral care routine by targeting three times more plaque bacteria that may cause gum problems (compared to brushing alone). Its micellar formulation is designed to be gentle on gums, while still effectively reducing plaque around the gum line and between the teeth to help prevent these problems from returning.

Dr Kate Fabrikant, Medical Lead Northern Europe Haleon, says “With one in three people suffering with gum problems1, it’s clear that there’s a need for products that work effectively in tackling these issues. The Corsodyl Active Gum Repair Toothpaste and Active Gum Health Mouthwash are scientifically proven to maintain healthy gums for strong teeth and prevent gum problems from returning.

“Corsodyl products are trusted because of the brands longstanding history of supporting consumers with gum issues, but there’s still a job to be done to continue relieving these symptoms. As part of this support, we want to further educate those consumers looking for help when it comes to their gum health by providing condition and solution awareness with a full above the line media plan, including TV, video on demand, social, audio and partnerships from now and into 2024. Hopefully this will show those who have never used specialist products just how effective they can be.”

Both products are available in grocery and high street pharmacy stores for an MRSP of £5.50* each.
