The Solventum™ Filtek™ Composite Warmer is designed for warming-indicated Filtek™ Dental Restoratives, providing clinicians with enhanced flowability on demand. The device, whilst small enough to fit in your hand and take up minimal space on a worktop, works quickly to heat composite resin to up to 70ºC.
It needs a fast start of just 10 minutes, and then clinicians can warm their materials safely in as little as two minutes. This reduces delays in appointments with patients, and keeps the workflow efficient.
Utilising the Solventum™ Filtek™ Composite Warmer enables better flow, improved adaption, and a reduced extrusion force, for greater control in direct restorations. Rigorous testing ensures that its recommended products are toxicologically safe, and that there is minimal heat transfer to the pulp.[ii], [iii]
A one button operation keeps the procedure simple, whilst also ensuring the unit is easy to clean and disinfect. Up to six capsules and one flowable syringe can be heated simultaneously, with the materials able to stay in this state of increased temperature for up to one hour. A flowable composite syringe may even be reheated for a total of 25 uses.
