Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co, has announced the sale of Dundas Dental Practice in Grangemouth.
Dundas Dental Practice is a three-surgery NHS practice that has developed a strong reputation and a loyal patient base of around 7,000. Located in the residential area of Grangemouth, Falkirk, the practice is on La Porte Precinct, with excellent transport links to the nearby cities of Falkirk and Edinburgh.
The practice has been owned by Denise Laird for 23 years, who recently decided to sell due to wanting to retire from practice ownership.
Following a confidential sales process with Kevin Strain at Christie & Co, and with funding sourced through Stephen McConalogue at Christie Finance, Dundas Dental Practice has been purchased by first-time buyer, Bruno Maia.
