Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co, has announced the sale of Links Lodge Dental Practice in Montrose, Scotland.
Links Lodge Dental Practice is a mixed-income dental practice that operates from an impressive 140-year-old former merchant’s house on John Street in the affluent coastal town of Montrose on Scotland’s east coast. It comprises eight fully equipped surgeries, serves approximately 13,400 patients, and benefits from a good local reputation for patient care.
The practice has been owned by Dr Iain Campbell and Dr David Gibb since 1999, having acquired the business after it came to market in 1998. Under their ownership, the practice has expanded significantly, growing from five surgeries to eight and benefiting from substantial investment in facilities, technology, and patient services.
Dr Iain Campbell and Dr David Gibb brought Links Lodge Dental Practice to market due to their retirement from practice ownership, but will continue to work post-sale in a clinical capacity.
Following a confidential sales process with Joel Mannix at Christie & Co, the practice was acquired by multi-site operator Dr Naga Narra, with Links Lodge Dental marking the purchase of his fourth practice.
