Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co, has announced the sale of Springhill Dental Practice in Walsall.
Established in 1971, Springhill Dental Practice is a fully private, two-surgery practice. It sits on Springhill Road in Walsall’s town centre, just nine miles from Birmingham.
Following a confidential sales process with Steve O’Connor at Christie & Co, it has been purchased by Raj Kroner, an experienced dentist and owner of Church Lane Dental Group, with other practices across the West Midlands.
