Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co, has announced the sale of Andrew Hargreaves Dental Practice in Dudley, West Midlands.
Founded in 1996 by Andrew Hargreaves, this established dental practice is a three-surgery mixed-income business located on Chapel Street in the town of Lye, Dudley.
After 20 years of successful ownership, Andrew has now retired from clinical dentistry.
Following a confidential sales process with Steve O’Connor at Christie & Co, it has been purchased by Nazim Shah, an experienced dentist with previous experience of owning and running dental practices.
