Anusha Patel joins the Association of Dental Groups (ADG) as its new Director of Clinical Affairs. This appointment comes following the departure of Catherine Rutland in March. Anusha Patel is a highly experienced General Dental Practitioner with over 10 years of clinical expertise, currently working within a mixed practice. She also plays an active role in mentoring the next generation of dental professionals, serving as a Foundation Trainer to dentists, hygienists, and therapists.

Beyond her clinical responsibilities, Anusha is the Head of Clinical Development at Bupa Dental, where she contributes strategically to advancing clinical standards and professional development across the organisation. She also brings a wealth of experience from a range of operational leadership roles held over the past five years.
Anusha holds a master’s degree in Legal Aspects of Healthcare, reflecting her strong interest in governance and regulatory frameworks within clinical practice. She is currently further enhancing her leadership and strategic capabilities by pursuing an MBA in Global Healthcare at Imperial College London.
