Lisa Bainham, Chair of the Association of Dental Administrators and Managers (ADAM), will be presenting at BDIA Dental Showcase in two sessions within the Business Theatre on Friday 13th March. These will focus on strengthening the manager-principal relationship and helping to ensure that even difficult conversations are navigated effectively. She says:
