Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co, has announced the sale of Thornhill Dental Practice in Dumfries and Galloway, Scotland.
Thornhill Dental Practice is a four-surgery private practice with circa 3,000 registered patients. It sits at the junction of the A76 Dumfries to Kilmarnock and A702 New Galloway to Edinburgh, in the mid-section of the beautiful Nith Valley in Dumfriesshire.
The practice has been under the ownership of Daniel Korczak since 2009 and was successfully sold as Daniel prepares to return to his native Poland to be closer to family.
Following a confidential sales process with Joel Mannix at Christie & Co, it has been sold to first-time buyer, Sean Towler.

Thornhill Dental Practice was sold for an undisclosed price.
