Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co, has announced the sale of Crystal Dental Clinic, a well-regarded dental practice located in the affluent area of Macclesfield, Cheshire.
Crystal Dental Clinic is a four-surgery, mixed-income practice. It occupies a detached, red-brick property on Park Lane, in the heart of a prosperous residential area just a 12-minute walk from Macclesfield train station.
Following a confidential sales process with Cathy Murphy at Christie & Co, it has been sold to the successful, family-run Au Dental Group, founded by Amin Tejani and Ambareen Tejani-Sharif, which now owns a total of eight practices – seven across the North West and one in Milton Keynes.
The group has exciting plans for the practice, including the installation of three state-of-the-art surgeries on the first floor. This investment will significantly enhance clinical capacity and enable a broader range of treatments to be delivered in a modern, welcoming environment. As part of the development, the practice will be rebranded as Park Lane Dental Centre.

Crystal Dental Clinic was sold for an undisclosed price.
