Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co, has announced the sale of Radbrook Dental Practice in Shrewsbury, Shropshire.
Established in 1988, Radbrook Dental Practice is a modern, three-surgery, private practice that is located within a business hub and retail park on Bank Farm Road in Shrewsbury.
Previously owned by Dr Bruce Grainger, the practice was brought to market as part of his gradual retirement strategy.
Following a confidential sales process with Steve O’Connor at Christie & Co, it has been sold to Visiting Specialist Services, a growing dental group which provides routine dentistry and specialist services.

Radbrook Dental Practice was sold for an undisclosed price.
