The BACD Aesthetic Theatre bustled with excitement and enthusiasm at BDIA Dental Showcase 2025, staging a series of fascinating lectures across the event.
Amongst the diverse timetable was Dr Richard Coates and Dr Neil Gerrard’s two-part talk “Just ‘Jack-emopen’.” Both Accredited Members of the BACD, the high-flying pair detailed how to manage malocclusions and the temporomandibular joint (TMJ) to predictably increase the occlusal vertical dimension.
Further clinical expertise was offered by Dr Sam Jethwa, President of the BACD, whose session acted as a gateway for those new to cosmetic dentistry, focusing on ultra-thin veneers and ceramic workflows.
The BACD Aesthetic Theatre also offered a session on dental growth protocol, led by Dr Simon Chard, that promoted resilience and wellbeing, and a talk on how to enhance your career with a job-winning CV, delivered by Dr Shivam Kotecha. The variety in lectures, from clinical to personal, ensured that attendees all took home an invaluable way of improving their workflow in cosmetic dentistry.
