Henry Schein, the world’s largest provider of health care solutions to office-based dental and medical practitioners, has received the 2025 World’s Most Ethical Companies® recognition by Ethisphere, a global leader in defining and advancing the standards of ethical business practices.

Recognised since 2012, Henry Schein is one of three honorees in the Healthcare Products industry. In 2025, 136 honorees were honoured, spanning 19 countries and 44 industries.

“Henry and Esther Schein founded our Company in 1932 with a sense of purpose and commitment to enduring values – including upholding the highest ethical standards – that are key to business success,” said Stanley M. Bergman, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Henry Schein. “Our values help to build trusted relationships that are the foundation to enable us to adapt to changing markets and evolving needs of our customers. We thank Ethisphere for recognising Team Schein’s longstanding effort to be successful in business while creating positive impact through helping make the world healthier, together.”

Henry Schein Cares, the Company’s global corporate citizenship programme, aims to drive impact through five pillars: catalysing health care access; advancing policies, solutions, and innovation; relationship building for change; empowering Team Schein; and sustaining the planet. By adhering to these pillars, Henry Schein is committed to “doing well by doing good.” The Company understands that its long-term growth is enhanced by creating shared value through engaging each of the key stakeholders that make up Henry Schein’s Mosaic of Success – Team Schein Members, Customers, Suppliers, Shareholders, and Society at Large.

Examples of the Company’s 2024 corporate citizenship efforts include:

  • Continuing to expand the capacity of health care providers to serve those in need by donating over $22.6M worth of product and cash for 2024 to various non-governmental organisations, academic institutions, UN agencies, and industry partners;
  • Supporting the needs of Team Schein and health care professionals by partnering with more than 10 key global non-governmental organisations to provide critical disaster relief in response to the devastation caused by Hurricanes Helene and Milton, as well as the severe flooding in Spain and Brazil, ensuring aid reached those in need;
  • Catalysing public-private partnerships within health care through initiatives such as the M.I.L.E. Healthcare Pathway™ Programme and the American Dental Association Foundation’s Give Kids A Smile® programme;
