It uses Digital Press Stereolithography, a patent-pending alternative printing method to the widely recognised (separate) resin, tank and build platform set up of today’s printers. It also utilises a 45 µm projector to deliver light directly into the print glass with minimal distortion, further optimising accuracy.

The new king of chairside workflows, Midas consists for three capsules and is ideal for a range of cases. Full contour crowns with natural-looking aesthetics are possible for posterior, anterior and implant-retained indications. Up to three can be printed across the three available capsules. Complex shapes for inlays and onlays can also be printed with pixel-perfect precision, with more than one restoration per capsule possible depending on indication. Finally, various veneers, including no-prep solutions, can be printed, up to three at a time per capsule.

Step 1: Upload scans – the AI studio automatically identifies the restorative margins.
