Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co, has announced the sale of Premier Clinic dental practice in Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire.
Established over 20 years ago, Premier Clinic is a four-surgery mixed-income dental business with an excellent local reputation for delivering quality dentistry to the local population.
It has been owned by Dr Abimbola Iyalla since 2005 and was brought to market as she wanted to step back from practice ownership.
Following a confidential sales process with Tom Morley at Christie & Co, the practice was sold to The Dental Design Studio, taking the growing group to 21 practices across England.
Dr Abimbola Iyalla, former owner of Premier Clinic, comments, “I am pleased to have sold my business to The Dental Design Studio. Earlier in the year, I decided to step back from practice ownership but wished to continue to serve my patients. Happily, the new owners allow me to do this as I will continue to work as an Associate.”

Premier Clinic was sold for an undisclosed price.
