Dr Emanuele Cicero, Specialist Prosthodontist, will bring his expertise within the field of full mouth reconstruction to London this November as a highly-anticipated speaker at the BACD 20th Annual Conference. About his session entitled “Complete Mouth Rehabilitation in Fixed Prosthodontics: An Individualised Approach”, he says:
“I will explain the prosthodontic treatment planning process in complex full arch reconstructions from a to z, emphasising the importance of individualisation according to the patient’s specific facial type and skeletal classification.
“I will also break the systemic approach down according to class I, class II and class III skeletal classifications, demonstrating cases where orthognathic surgeries are necessary. Furthermore, I will discuss how to set functional and aesthetic guidelines, enabling delegates to understand which ceramics or clinical approaches to use in which cases. It’s about simplifying the steps for full mouth reconstruction as much as possible.
