Dr Clara Preethu joined Rodericks Dental Partners as an overseas dentist in 2023. She qualified in India, but after moving to the UK in 2007, she decided to focus on family while studying for the Overseas Registration Exams (ORE), which took longer than expected due to COVID.

Dr Preethu was very grateful for the dedicated support she received from Rodericks Dental Partners, both in helping build up her confidence after a long career break, but also the encouraging, helpful mentoring she received.

“I feel so blessed to be with Rodericks Dental Partners. I was finally able to get back into dentistry with their help. I don’t feel embarrassed to ask even the silliest of questions, as my mentors are always ready to explain. I have been given all the support I need from not one, but two mentors” she says.

“The process is very well structured, and well organised. My practice manager has been so lovely and supportive!”
