Dr Jack Livesey and Dr Shyam Patel, co-owners of Made Dental in Worsley, began working with RPA Dental for the supply and maintenance of their dental equipment when building a squat practice in July 2022. The partners based their new practice around the purchase of two Stern Weber S320TR dental units, as well as MyRay x-ray units, NSK handpieces and Cattani Suction Systems.
Jack said: “I knew about RPA Dental already, but chose to approach them after receiving great recommendations from colleagues.
“Our experience has been very positive. The RPA Dental team is always easy to get in contact with if we have a question or query. The response has also always been fast and helpful, plus they are incredibly patient when trying to reach us while we’re in surgery during normal working hours.
“Pete [Higson] has been fantastic, helping us with issues outside of his remit, like with other sub-contractors we chose to work with. He willingly offered so much advice and help that he didn’t charge for, we really appreciated it.
“The equipment technicians have also been great – they are super informative too. They have a way of explaining how to look after the equipment that the team found easy to understand and remember, which ultimately means we avoid operator errors. They did a really good job with the team training!
“This was the first time that we had set up a squat practice. I genuinely believe it was only possible thanks to the support from Pete and his team – we wouldn’t have finished without them!”
