Rodericks Dental Partners offers the FD+1 programme, designed specifically to help dentists successfully transition from foundation dentist (FD) to associate.
The scheme offers hands-on teaching in a range of topics from restorative dentistry to endodontics, clinical photography, composite bonding and oral surgery. It also gives dentists a dedicated Clinical Support Lead who will hold regular meetings and drop-in sessions to discuss their progress and answer their questions.
Dr Pooja Gupta is currently benefiting from the FD+1 programme and says:
