For practice principals and managers looking to upgrade their practice performance and help their business boom, BDIA Dental Showcase provided a wealth of innovative ideas, useful industry updates and expert guidance on how to do so.
The Business Theatre, sponsored by PortmanDentex, offered a spectacular breadth of knowledge and advice for dental professionals to take back to their practice for Monday morning. Subjects were broken down into easy-to-understand sessions that took a pragmatic approach to solving common business challenges.
About Julie Randle’s session on preparing to sell, Bijoy Loma from Abbey Dental said:
“The session was brilliant. When buying a business, thinking about associate pay is really important. The whole show has been amazing, with a good exhibition. I regret not coming earlier in my career!”
Just as important for business is networking and building relationships with suppliers, colleagues and referrers. BDIA Dental Showcase made this happen too, with plenty of opportunities to catch up with friends and meet new people.
