Implant primary stability plays a critical role for successful osseointegration which is a prerequisite for functional dental implants.[i]

The Osstell Beacon is an advanced diagnostic tool from W&H which shows the dental clinician – within a matter of seconds – when an implant is osseointegrated and can be loaded. It displays the Implant Stability Quotient (ISQ) which is colour coded: red for low stability (ISQ <60), yellow for medium stability and green for high stability (ISQ >70).

The Osstell Beacon is a compact and wireless piece of equipment too, making it easier to use as it gives greater freedom of movement. The data gathered can also be safely stored and compared on the Osstell Connect platform.
