AeronaDental – “A first-class system”

Andover Dental Practice decided to switch their dental practice management software (DPMS) to AeronaDental in January 2020. Their previous system wasn’t cloud-based, didn’t have the ability to link multiple sites and was not cost-effective. The team were also less than impressed with the customer service they received.

Practice manager, Carol Randall, shares their experience since introducing AeronaDental:

“AeronaDental software is a brilliant cloud-based solution, which keeps the system up-to-date. It allows us to easily access information from multiple sites and is a lot more user-friendly than our previous software.

“The solution also makes payment information and patient accounts simple to monitor, and patient communication is easy to complete too. The templates make this quick, but we have the ability to adjust the templates whenever we need to, catering for every situation. Accessing reports is also much easier than it was with our previous software, as is changing pricing and uploading the staff rota.

 “The customer service and support from AeronaDental has also been first-class. They work with you to show you the best way to use everything. If they cannot help immediately, the person we speak to always promptly passes our query onto the right individual, and they update us when this has been resolved. With our previous software provider, we would be held in a queue for 30 plus minutes, and it was never a quick resolution. It’s important to us that someone is available if we need them and AeronaDental fulfil this every time.

 “The team has been excellent. In particular, Ann is exceptional – she understands what we need and gets the job done. She will also keep in touch with updates while we undergo software updates, for example, which is really appreciated.

 “All in all, I would rate AeronaDental 10 out of 10. It runs really well, is updated regularly and comes with excellent support. It’s a first-class solution and I love it!”
