Align Technology announces 24th February is Go Day

Align Technology has announced the launch of Go Day to enable general dentists to discover more about its Invisalign Go portfolio. The online event runs from 7.00 pm on 24th February to give general dentists the opportunity to explore how Invisalign clear aligners and a digital workflow can help them provide comprehensive dental care with improved aesthetic and oral health outcomes, as well as a better patient experience.
This free, online event covers these topics with the help of two experts who will explore how the integration of the Invisalign Go system with additive prosthetics provides a minimally invasive treatment approach, and how the minimally invasive approach of the Invisalign Go Plus system helps GPs achieve long-lasting treatment in a short timeframe.

Align Technology’s Jody Carter, Senior Director, Marketing GP Channel EMEA, Abhishek Ganguly VP, Sales GP Channel EMEA, and Lee Taylor, Vice President of Marketing EMEA will introduce the Invisalign Go system and provide information on the Invisalign Go portfolio, including Invisalign Go Plus.

About the speakers
Prof. Dr. Camillo D’Arcangelo
Full Professor in Restorative Dentistry at the University of Chieti, Italy; Dean of the Department of Restorative Dentistry and Dean of the greatest Department of the University of Chieti. Dean of School of Specialization in Paediatric Dentistry of University of Chieti.
His clinical and research qualities, together with his didactic skills, are internationally recognized. He is an invited speaker in the most prestigious International Congresses, and he has been honorary professor at the Ukrainian Academy of Medical Stomatology since 2006 and member of the most eminent international scientific associations in the field of Restorative Dentistry and Adhesive Prosthodontics. Over the years, he has been practicing very high-level clinical activities, together with his own clinical Staff, setting-up within the University of Chieti one of the worldwide most advanced center in the field of Restorative Dentistry, Adhesive Prosthodontics and Occlusal Problems. In parallel with the clinical activities, he coordinates a dynamic research group for the biomechanical studies on dental materials in Restorative Dentistry and Adhesive Prosthodontics and is particularly interested in the materials to be used for the full mouth rehabilitation of patients with parafunctions or TMJ disorders. His clinical and scientific knowledge about the problems, the procedures and the materials related to the oral rehabilitation of parafunctional and dysfunctional patients led to the publication of a textbook titled “E.F.P. (Esthetical-Functional-Postural Clinical Approach” (ACME edition), together with Dr. Lorenzo Vanini. He published more than 100 papers on the most prestigious national and international journals.
Dr. Camila Morrison
Since graduating from Birmingham Dental School, Dr Camilla Morrison, known as Millie, has become well established in the dental industry, developing a keen interest in aesthetic and cosmetic dentistry. She demonstrates regularly on smile make over courses across the UK teaching dentists the skills and methodologies to achieve gold standard smiles in composite resin for their patients. Millie is a lecturer for Aligner Consulting, teaching both Invisalign technical skills and branding techniques to dentists. She tailors each programme to address any specific requirements of the course delegates. She is committed to deepening and broadening her knowledge, skills and love of dentistry and has completed an in-depth year long course on Aesthetic Dentistry. She is currently undertaking a Diploma at City of London Dental School in Clear Aligner Therapy. Millie is a talented clinician, providing a wide spectrum of high-quality dentistry for all age groups. She restores teeth to achieve a natural look using modern minimally invasive techniques and evidence-based dentistry. She is highly regarded by her patients and colleagues in her two London practices.
