Doncaster Road Dental Practice in Leicester sold

Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co, has announced the sale of Doncaster Road Dental Practice in Leicester.
Established in 1896, Doncaster Road Dental Practice is a four-surgery mixed practice located in the heart of Leicester’s Golden Mile.
The business was previously owned by Principle, Dr Bharat Mehta, who decided to sell to allow him to focus on practical dentistry ahead of retirement. It has now been purchased by Mrs Urvi Bhawsar, a former employee at Doncaster Road Dental Practice who was keen to take over a practice she knew well.

We ran a competitive process with multiple viewings and offers received over the asking price. This is further proof that the market remains strong for mixed practices across the East Midlands.”
Doncaster Road Dental Practice was sold for an undisclosed price.
