All our dental nurses can speak to their practice managers whenever they have a suggestion or a concern. If they need more information or support, it is quick and easy to contact the leadership team directly. We don’t believe in a hierarchy – we each have our roles but we work together to achieve our goals.
An example of our collaboration can be seen in the refurbishment project we conducted last year. Any and all changes implemented or technologies introduced to our clinics were discussed and organised in collaboration with our practice teams to encourage the very best outcomes for all involved.
