The Orthodontic National Group, which represents orthodontic dental nurses and orthodontic therapists in the UK, is holding a Spring Study Day in Birmingham on Saturday 2 March 2019 offering 5 hours verifiable CPD which meets the GDC’s Enhanced CPD requirements.
The Study Day, sponsored by OrthoCare and TOC, will be held at the Royal College of Surgeon’s Edinburgh Birmingham facility, and will include:
- George Jones: Medical Emergencies in Orthodontics
- Jane Bonehill: ECPD and Reflection
- Marwa Maarouf: An MDT audit on orthognathic pathway…
- Conrad Taylor: Technologies in Orthodontics
- Emile Habib: Bi-maxillary surgery: an overview
The Study Day is open to all orthodontic therapists and dental nurses, and the fee of £70 (non-members) includes lunch and refreshments. Members of the Orthodontic National Group, and members of the British Association of Dental Nurses, can benefit from a special discounted member fee of just £50.
