Leading corporate lawyer Helen Wong, who specialises in advising the dental and healthcare sector, is set to speak about her experiences in relation to preparing a practice for a sale at a free seminar at the Lowry Hotel in Greater Manchester on March 21.
Helen, partner at the Manchester office of national law firm Clarke Willmott LLP, is among the speakers at the ‘Maximise your practice with one eye to the exit’ event.
The seminar, with special guest Dr Greg Fickert, who has 30 years in the profession and is an expert in transforming underperforming dental practices, aims to foster networking and information-sharing.
Helen, who is speaking alongside Dental Elite, practice valuations, finance & recruitment professionals, will look at the pitfalls to avoid when buying or selling a practice, and how to extract cash from the business in the most tax efficient way to benefit from entrepreneurs’ relief.
