“After seeing the Waterpik® Water Flossers at the BDIA Showcase we invited Anne Symons from Waterpik® to deliver a presentation at the practice. She highlighted the key features of the product, showed detailed clinical material and offered some useful retail information.
The lunch and learn provided reception staff with the opportunity to identify patients that would benefit from a Waterpik® Water Flosser and how to provide correct instruction and reassurance. Our practitioners were to able read clinical research, ask questions and trial the Waterpik® Cordless Plus Water Flosser WP-450.
The whole dental team love the product and I would recommend a Waterpik® Lunch and Learn to other practices. It is essential to have a holistic and detailed approach about products and services available to patients. This allows them to leave the practice with the information and tools they need for better healthcare.
