SprintRay has expanded its Apex family with Apex Flex, a new resin for printing flexible partial dentures in-house. Designed to combine strength with flexibility, Apex Flex offers a work of fracture above 5000 J/m² and 50% elongation at break and is available in standard pink and light pink.
Apex Flex builds on the foundation of Apex Teeth and Apex Base, SprintRay’s new-generation materials for complete digital dentures. Using second-generation NanoFusion™ technology, the system combines strength, translucency and polish-ability, with four tooth shades and four base shades to support a broad range of patients.
Complete dentures can be delivered in as few as two appointments, while SprintRay Design Services removes the need for in-house CAD expertise.
Apex Teeth also extends beyond denture workflows and can be used for applications such as mock-ups and trial smiles, giving practices additional value from the same material platform.
A new generation of digital dentures, built around flexibility, efficiency and patient choice.
