Smile Together has published its 2025/2026 Social and Environmental Impact Report entitled: “Expanding our Reach, Growing our Impact”.

According to Chief Executive Officer Jasem Greval: “As we reflect on 2025–2026, this year’s theme – Expanding Our Reach, Growing Our Impact –  captures a year of growth, resilience and continued purpose for Smile Together. In an ever-changing and challenging NHS dental landscape, where access to care remains a national concern, our teams have continued to step forward with compassion, innovation and determination to deliver meaningful impact for the communities we serve. This year, we have not only strengthened and invested in services across Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly, including increasing capacity for urgent and unscheduled dental care appointments, but we have also expanded our reach beyond Cornwall for the first time through our successful Gloucester expansion. We also opened new practices in Falmouth and Camborne strengthening our presence across Cornwall and helping to increase access to NHS dental care for local communities.”

Alongside delivering dental care in its practices, Smile Together has continued to reach more people in communities through outreach services and partnerships that help improve oral health and tackle inequalities. As an employee-owned social enterprise and certified B Corporation, the organisation reinvests its profits into its people, patients and communities, delivering dentistry with purpose while creating positive social and environmental impact.

Jasem continues: “This report isn’t just a summary. It’s a celebration of the people, partnerships and progress that continue to shape Smile Together’s future, and the growing positive impact we are creating together across Cornwall, Isles of Scilly and beyond.”
