Dr Hubert Trzepatowski will be presenting at the upcoming ADI Masterclass in May 2026, sponsored by Nobel Biocare. His session, titled “Full-Arch, Done Right; Digital Planning, Immediate Load, Fewer Surprises” will offer valuable insights for attendees to implement in their own practices. He says:
“The key post-operative complications directly linked to inadequate planning of full-arch cases include everything from incorrect implant position to inadequate primary stability for immediate loading, excessive cantilevers, non-passive fit, occlusal overload, inaccessible hygiene zones, and more. These ‘oh-no’ moments in full-arch cases almost always trace back to incomplete or non-integrated planning.
“I hope that attendees leave my session with a better understanding that complications in full-arch cases are planning failures, not surgical ones. For the best results, planning must be prosthetically driven; based on CBCT imaging and other digital data; integrated with occlusion, soft tissue, and biomechanics; and executed by a well-coordinated team. Colleagues will gain practical protocols they can apply immediately to improve predictability, efficiency, and long-term outcomes in full-arch cases.”
