The device features enhanced versatility and efficiency with a new, robust spindle, C-type clamp, and pin-type material adapter along with an improved, user-friendly support experience through DGSHAPE CLOUD’s advanced Internet of Things (IoT) technology.
Cost-effective without compromising on quality
The DWX-52Di Plus features advanced 5-axis milling technology, delivering precise and efficient dental restorations across a wide range of applications, including crowns, copings, bridges, inlays, onlays, veneers, implant bars, and screw-retained crowns. Its upgraded user-replaceable spindle and C-type clamp support both disc- and pin-type materials, enhancing efficiency and versatility.
Built for stability and speed, the re-engineered spindle ensures robust, high-precision milling across various materials, including zirconia, PMMA, wax, composite resin, PEEK, glass fibre-reinforced resin, and CoCr sinter metal. Additionally, an optional pin-type material adapter allows simultaneous milling of up to eight pin-type blocks of hybrid ceramics, making it particularly suited to practice labs.
The C-type clamp system further enhances functionality with an expanded 90-degree milling range, enabling improved restoration aesthetics and precision. This system also allows milling up to the rim of disc materials, maximizing material yield and boosting overall efficiency.
