Dr Lindsay Milton recently attended the Edinburgh Porsche Roadshow with Clover Dental Group, which was ideal for those with a passion for both dental education and cars. He comments:
“The programme for this event looked interesting from a dental perspective, as did the opportunity to access the Porsche models. I decided to go because the venue looked great and it seemed to provide a good chance for networking with professional colleagues.
“The event organisation was excellent; everyone was very welcoming and interactive during both the formal and informal parts of the day. The speakers were clearly well-informed of their subject matter and happy to take questions or discuss ideas further outside their presentation. Good topics were covered and in the right amount of detail to maintain interest. We were well looked after by the venue all day too, with good catering. Being able to drive the cars as well made it an excellent day out.
“The whole day was thoroughly enjoyable, with good mix of dental and non-dental aspects. I would have absolutely no hesitation in attending something similar again and am keeping an eye on the events coming soon. I would also thoroughly recommend these events to others.”
