DD Group has acquired McKillop Dental Equipment Ltd, a leading provider of tailored turnkey solutions for new and existing dental practices. McKillop’s offering encompasses practice design, sourcing of equipment, installation, cabinetry and project management of all aspects of building works.
The acquisition enhances DD Group’s dental equipment and engineering services offering in the UK. It provides strategic expansion into turnkey dental practice design, build and installation services.
DD Group benefits from the largest engineering team and infrastructure in the UK and Ireland, as well as offering similar turnkey solutions through recently acquired businesses in France, Belgium and the Netherlands. The acquisition of McKillop compliments DD Group’s capabilities in the UK and Europe and offers significant potential for synergies and value creation opportunities.
