In addition to her private practice, Dr Roula Abiad is professor of endodontology at Beirut Arab University, Lebanon. Dr Abiad will be speaking at the IFEA World Endodontic Congress (WEC) in her session “Managing the ‘hopeless’ traumatised tooth”. She shares what attendees can expect:
“In so many cases, when parents first bring their children to our clinics with traumatised teeth, they are considered to be difficult or impossible to keep. However, losing an anterior tooth or teeth at a very young age will create a major aesthetic and restorative problem in the future. During our meeting, we will discuss the management of such cases and I will show you some examples.
